With deep expertise in crisis communication, brand positioning, and public speaking, Jeff challenges every client to speak with clarity and conviction. He believes the power of communication can change the world and is passionate about helping professionals develop strong messages and an engaging presence. When he′s not working, Jeff can be found watching football or giving tutorials on the presidency of John F. Kennedy.

For Adam, the most important part of his work as a consultant is helping others to awaken their internal power. Specializing in acting and voice teaching, he helps clients to not only strengthen their physical presence, but to also bring their best ideas to life by speaking authentically from a place of conviction. Adam′s clients describe him as knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. Outside of work, he is a trained actor at the Atlantic Acting Conservatory.

Paul leads The Humphrey Group's investor relations practice. He enjoyed a 30-year career at CN including most recently 14 years leading the IR function, during which time he engaged The Humphrey Group. The close collaboration with THG gave Paul a deep appreciation of how IR communications can be a competitive differentiator. He brings a passion for working with clients who want to enhance their ability to maximize shareholder value through strategic communications.

Paul has been recognized as one of the best Investor Relations Officer (IRO) over his career with many awards from the IR Awards Magazine, including best IRO in Canada in 2016 and 2022.

Beata’s passion is fostering spaces where people can show up as their best selves both personally and professionally. As an organizational psychologist and professional coach, she specializes in workplace health and well-being, having worked in the healthcare, non-profit, and hospitality industries for the past decade. Much of her experience lies in health promotion, which has naturally led to her interest and involvement in mental health advocacy within organizations, schools, and the community. In her spare time, Beata enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with family.

Noah is passionate about the art of communication. He loves helping clients distill complex ideas into clear, powerful language. A tenured professor in Concordia University′s Theatre Department and an internationally recognized voice teacher, Noah′s research explores how performers and professionals can increase their stress resilience on a nervous-system level, so they can speak confidently and vibrantly under pressure. As a father of two fiery young girls, Noah cares deeply about helping the world move towards a safer, more equitable future.

Kodi′s lived in several countries and has worked with a wide range of clients from different fields and backgrounds. No matter who he has the privilege of working with, his passion remains the same: to teach his clients the skills to vocalize their opinions and convictions. In his spare time, Kodi enjoys a great cup of coffee, the sunshine(!), and biking – whether in his hometown of Montreal or anywhere he travels.

Lara is a consultant based in Montreal.

Her experiences in the Hotel Industry have made her focus on performance, and career development.  As a first-generation immigrant, she has given back to her community by helping many new immigrants enter the workforce.

Lara is a certified coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming her mission and passion is to guide people with an approach based on hospitality and openness, while adding a touch of creativity and flexibility to allow them to reach an objective, both personally and professionally.

Her personal philosophy is: “everyone can realize their dreams.” As a coach, she knows that we all have the potential to achieve them!

Nancy is an insightful speaker, trainer, and coach with over 20 years of experience inspiring powerful communication. Her background as a QVC spokesperson and performer in classical concerts and musical theater enriches her client work on public speaking, leadership presence, and authentic communication. Known for her compassionate yet direct approach, Nancy instills courage, confidence, and clarity in leaders. With international experience, she bridges communication differences in multicultural settings. She founded NancyHicksLive, a non-profit dedicated to equipping people worldwide to communicate and lead effectively.

Stephen's senior HR leadership experience enables him to lead diverse teams through organizational change, focusing on the people side. As a coach, educator, and facilitator, he helps leaders and teams understand how their thinking impacts actions during conflict, inclusion, leadership challenges, and team performance. Stephen supports leaders in achieving their best and transforming their team's capabilities in a complex world. Outside work, he enjoys theatre, hiking, and traveling the world with his spouse.

Maggie′s led seminars and coached clients around the world! Known for her warmth and creating a rigorous yet safe environment for participants who wish to strengthen their presence, she believes that all leaders must manifest a balance of power, intelligence, and compassion. A published playwright and professional actress, Maggie has extensive experience on radio, screen, and theatre. She has two favorite places – her childhood farm on the Saskatchewan prairie, and an Ontario lake in the Haliburton Highlands.

Victoriano brings a humble approach to his coaching and facilitation work. He believes that everyone has wisdom within them, and he expertly draws out the best in those he works with. With a focus on practicality, Victoriano aims to harness clients’ experiences, guiding them towards personal and professional growth. 

In the summer you will find Victoriano sailing around the Mediterranean on his own sailboat.

Mariane′s passionate about providing all of her clients with the proven techniques and tools that bring about meaningful transformation and growth. Whether facilitating a program or one-on-one coaching, she draws upon her skills to empower participants to speak with clarity of thinking, confidence, and authenticity. In her spare time, Mariane enjoys singing and playing the piano.

The former broadcast journalist cut her teeth telling stories on the streets of Winnipeg. Her career also took her to other networks before landing in the producer’s chair covering breaking news. After developing original content for major networks, she transitioned to life as a Communications Consultant at Rogers, developing an internal communication program and helping high level executives release their inner storytelling skills. Not one to back down from a challenge, in her spare time you can find Ashlea renovating historic homes. 

Darren Levine, Ed.D., inspires individuals and organizations to reimagine possibilities in today’s changing landscape. With over 25 years of leadership experience across various sectors, he focuses on cultivating inspiring, engaging workplaces where members discover their creative potential and drive innovative change.

As an Independent Consultant and Associate Faculty Member at Royal Roads University, Darren brings a unique blend of values-based, servant, and innovative leadership that energizes leaders within us all.

As an award-winning actor and director, Kate possesses a degree in voice studies and has trained actors at both the Stratford and Shaw Festivals. She is passionate about her work, inspiring people to develop their leadership and communication skills. In her spare time, Kate loves to garden, read, and play with her dog, Nina.

Emily is our Maritime resident!  A member of our THG team since 2014, she loves helping clients strengthen their leadership, presence, and impact.  Her flexibility in adapting to individual client needs and learning styles has produced meaningful changes for leaders from a wide range of industries.  She has spent her career working and volunteering with charities and currently holds a leadership position at a healthcare not-for-profit. In her free time, she enjoys the wilds of Canada′s ocean playground with her husband, two kids, and Roamey the dachshund.

Omari Newton is an award-winning actor, writer, director, and producer known for Continuum, The Shipment, Sal Capone, and animated series Black Panther, Corner Gas, and The Dragon Prince. Omari loves sharing my perspective on issues of diversity and inclusion with participants and organizations committed to looking inward to facilitate personal growth.

The insight Sanjay’s gained through his experience at law firms, human rights organizations, and one of the world′s largest philanthropies, serves as the bedrock for how he leads courses on building human connection and being a reflective leader. He believes that creating the conditions by which leaders intentionally hear and see others isn′t something that happens by accident. Originally from Toronto, Sanjay received his Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School and currently resides in New York City.

Diana enjoys sharing a suite of leadership communication tools with leaders, then watching them embrace and expand their ability to inspire stakeholders. With a professional background in the film and television industry, Diana brings a heightened sense of awareness when helping clients create a confident leadership presence that they can apply to every situation. Outside of work, Diana can be seen practicing Kung Fu and spending time with family.

There’s nothing Michael enjoys more than helping others become better communicators. A former actor turned educator turned entrepreneur‚ he has over 27 years of experience helping professionals to: communicate clearly, speak and present more effectively, improve personal relationships, and lead with confidence.

In his spare time, you’ll find Michael enjoying live theatre, detailing his car, or at an amusement park riding the highest and fastest roller coaster he can find.

Lourdes′ purpose is to unleash human potential, maximize leadership within organizations, and inspire people towards a conscious and fulfilled life. She′s passionate about uncovering the leader in everyone, then ensuring they know how to communicate their ideas with clarity and conviction in all their interactions. In her free time she′s passionate about surfing, yoga, and sharing a big bowl of vanilla ice cream with her 3-year-old daughter, Martina.

Briana loves working with clients to help them achieve confidence in their leadership, and clarity in all their communications. As a facilitator with a background in performance, she brings experience to storytelling and developing a strong physical and vocal presence while remaining true to oneself. In her downtime, she enjoys experimenting with pastry arts and watching shark attack videos. She is also a former clown doctor.

Helena’s life experience in her family’s business alongside her extensive career as a coach, facilitator, consultant and mentor render her a unique ability to connect to the complexities of corporate education.  Learning and growing are as much part of her own mindset as of what she explores with others.  After living for ten years in the USA, she is passionate about exploring multiculturalism and diversity in all of its shapes and forms.  Helena currently lives in Southern Brazil with her husband and daughter, is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, is a grad student at Columbia University and much enjoys both the outdoors and crocheting. 

Daven Seebarran is a highly skilled senior management consultant who has worked extensively in the non-profit sector throughout Canada for over two decades.  He has over a decade of experience as an executive director with specific expertise in non-profit management, organizational development, resource development, and leadership coaching. Currently, he is the Executive Director of The Concerned Kids Charity of Toronto and the founder of the Drag Academy, a collective of BIPOCQT artists.  Daven balances his time between the board room and the art studio.  

Wendy is passionate about developing leaders through facilitation and coaching. She believes that exceptional communication is a make–it or break–it skill‚ and at the heart of every successful relationship — business or personal alike. 

Curious by nature‚ Wendy is always game for an adventure — from skydiving and bungee jumping to float spas and meditation retreats. She also enjoys cycling and kayaking‚ and any opportunity to explore paths well–travelled or those less travelled.

Connecting with people on a deep, meaningful level is what makes Amanda tick. She loves using this connection as a tool to help her clients uncover their authentic voice and to develop an inspirational approach to all their communications. Her thoughtful and compassionate nature comes from years of teaching, performing, and traveling. In her spare time, Amanda connects most often with nature, her son, and her couch on a Friday night.

Laura has had a passion for learning and development since she fell into the career by accident. Serendipity! She has a natural way of connecting with people through warmth and humour and feels that laughter and learning can go hand in hand. Laura believes there is a leader within all of us, and she seeks to help others tap into their potential and shine. An author, business owner, and public speaker, Laura has extensive experience in speaking to groups, from the very small to the very large. When not at work, Laura enjoys traveling in her Volkswagen Westphalia with her two dogs, Doug and Murray.

Irene, (whom many of us call Quiti), helps our clients overcome communication challenges by providing them with the right tools needed to lead with clarity and inspiration. Our clients describe her as multi-faceted, with extensive training in voice, poise, expression, and managing stage fright. She holds a degree in music and has several certifications in Executive Coaching including WABC, AIAC, and CUDEM. She is fluent in Spanish, French, English, Portuguese, and Italian.

Based in our México City office, Claudia understands the leadership challenges that multinational corporations face and how to strengthen leadership communication from within. She′s seen leaders and teams transform their leadership communication style through empathetic, engaged, and aligned messaging. As a group facilitator and coach, she is also known for her innovative and dynamic style.

Chris brings a unique mix of technical and personal communication skills by drawing upon his extensive experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator, and professional engineer. He′s known for his ability to empower leaders to engage authentically with their audience and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. In his spare time, Chris enjoys photography, studying performance psychology and linguistics, and trying new traditional and modern Palestinian recipes.

Jocelyne inspires people to believe in themselves and their ability to become influential leaders. When teaching, Jocelyne often tells her participants to view her as the sunshine through the clouds. A fun fact about Jocelyne - in 2012, she won a Canadian Comedy Award for Outstanding female performance in a feature film for her role as Nicole in the movie Funkytown.
